Terms of Service

Plain English summary: LinguaOS is an AI-powered teaching tool. You can use it free (up to 3 students) or subscribe for more capacity. The AI helps you work faster — always review AI-generated content before sharing with students. We protect your data, and you can cancel any time.
1. Agreement to these terms
By creating a LinguaOS account or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using LinguaOS on behalf of a school or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The service
LinguaOS ("the Service") is an AI-assisted platform for English language teachers that includes lesson plan generation, student profile management, assignment creation and review, progress tracking, scheduling, and student practice portals. The Service is provided by Raeolas.AI, Pobiedziska, Poland.
3. Account and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create a teacher account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- One person may not maintain more than one free account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Free plan and subscriptions
Free plan: Includes up to 3 active student profiles — forever, no credit card required.
Paid plans (Solo Teacher, Studio, School) are billed monthly or annually in EUR. All prices shown exclude VAT where applicable.
14-day free trial: All paid plans include a 14-day trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time, except where required by law.
Annual plans: If you pay annually and cancel within 30 days of your renewal, you may request a refund for the unused months by emailing us.
5. AI-generated content
LinguaOS uses the Claude AI model (by Anthropic) to generate lesson plans, feedback, assignments, and conversation scripts. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors.
- You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sharing it with students.
- Raeolas.AI does not guarantee the pedagogical accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific student.
- You retain ownership of content you create or modify. AI-generated output used within your lessons is yours to use commercially.
6. Student data
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent or legal basis to enter student data into LinguaOS, particularly for students under 16. By entering student data, you confirm you have the right to do so. You must not enter personal data about students unless it is necessary for their teaching.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use LinguaOS to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our platform
- Use the service in a way that exceeds fair use or degrades service for other users
- Enter false or misleading student data
8. Intellectual property
The LinguaOS platform, logo, and underlying technology are owned by Raeolas.AI. You may not copy or reproduce any part of the platform. You retain ownership of any original content you create (e.g., your own lesson notes). You grant us a limited licence to process your content to provide the Service.
9. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or modify features at any time. For paid subscribers, we will provide at least 14 days notice of significant feature removals. We reserve the right to discontinue the service with 90 days notice to paid subscribers.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raeolas.AI's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profit or data.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Poznań, Poland. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
